Whether you're treating yourself or sending an orchid as a gift, we're committed to delivering every orchid fresh from our family nursery in the New Forest.
Every orchid is carefully selected, quality checked and packed by our expert team before leaving the nursery, helping it arrive looking its very best.

Delivery Options
FREE Standard Delivery
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orchid orders over £19.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–6 working days from the date your order is placed.
- Small orders are sent with Royal Mail and large with DPD
- You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our nursery.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you updated.
Next Day & Nominated Day Delivery
Need your orchid for a specific occasion?
We offer Next Day & Nominated Day Delivery for £5.
- Place your order before 7pm for next day delivery.
- Orders are sent with DPD.
- You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Ordering for a birthday or special occasion?
We recommend selecting Nominated Day Delivery to help ensure your orchid arrives on your chosen date.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver throughout the UK, including:
- England
- Scotland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Wales
- Jersey
- Guernsey
Unfortunately, we're currently unable to deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- Addresses outside the UK
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your orchid leaves our nursery, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.
You can use this link to follow your delivery and, where available, update your delivery preferences directly with the courier.
Changing Your Order
If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to help if you need to:
- Change your delivery address
- Amend your gift message
- Postpone your delivery
- Cancel your order
Please contact us as soon as possible, as we're unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Delivery Addresses
If you're sending orchids to more than one recipient, each delivery address will need to be placed as a separate order.
This ensures each orchid is packed, labelled and delivered correctly to the right recipient.
Sending an Orchid as a Gift
Every Love Orchids order is carefully packed to make a thoughtful gift for any occasion.
Complimentary Gift Message
You can include a complimentary personal gift message during checkout.
Forgot to add one? If your order hasn't yet been packed, simply email us with your message and we'll do our best to include it.
No Prices Included
We never include invoices, receipts or pricing information inside our parcels, making our orchids perfect for sending directly to friends, family and loved ones.
Packaging
Every orchid is carefully packed by hand at our family nursery to help it arrive safely and in beautiful condition.
As orchids are living plants, it's perfectly normal for a small amount of bark to become loose during transport. Simply place any loose bark back into the pot if you wish.
