If you're concerned that your orchid has lost its blooms sooner than expected or has developed a problem within 30 days, despite following our simple care advice, please get in touch. Simply email hello@loveorchids.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of your orchid.

We'll be happy to help and, if your orchid hasn't met our quality standards, we'll arrange a replacement.

If something isn't right

Although every orchid is carefully inspected before dispatch, occasional transit damage can happen.

If your orchid arrives damaged or you're concerned about its condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@loveorchids.co.uk. Including a photograph and your order number will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
