Refund policy

As the plants are perishable we can not accept returns for our plants but will replace, refund or partially refund any plants if needed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please send images to us if you have any issues and if needed we will send out a new plant.  


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges but will replace or refund any items if we agree there are issues.  We reserve the right to use partial refunds if you have ordered more than one plant.


Refunds
If we refund you it will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
